Timely pick up and shuttle to and from airport. Friendly staff. Secure facility.Very clean as well. Conveniently located near airport. Easy to book on app and offer amazing discounts. Staff always helping at check in and out. This is the only parking we use when traveling out of Oakland.

The people are friendly, the pricing is great and it's just a pleasure to deal with. The only suggestion I would make would be that you should send a reminder text or something on the (coming back to get your car date) that tells you where to get the shuttle back to your car. I had to look that up on the app. b/c I had no idea what door I'd find it. Also, might be good to have them be in more than one spot- like I was at door 2 and the nearest door was door 10 so we were practically running to get there before the shuttle left. Maybe have them stop at 2, 7, 12 or something.

The shuttle was there immediately to pick us up. The shuttle drivers were excellent. Friendly and helpful with the bags. No complaints at all. Great service.
Covered parking lot - fast access to terminal - fast access from terminal.
Easy to park. Shuttle is always right there ready for pick up at your car. When returning we never have to wait too long for a shuttle to go to the car. Drivers are always helpful. I usually have a discount code. I appreciate that!!
