With the site it’s super easy to book; the app makes it even better. Once you link an account to the app using the QR code and you can zip in and out. The only issue was the shuttle buses on the return trip BUT that was not the failure of the parking spot. They actually had 4-5 busses running so it took some time to clear out the waiting lines.
