Guest Testimonials

You guys are very nice and efficient. You guys carry our luggage onto the bus. The other shuttle buses do not do that especially the ones at O’Hare. Thank you guys for being so kind.

Fast shuttles, water when I leave and love covered parking.

I like the frequency of the shuttles to and from the airport, the location and the friendly drivers. The parking spaces are indeed spacious.

I like that you are near the airport.
Staff day I departed was unable to physically handle luggage to rack & off rack for all folks. Because of lack of assistance I was knocked in knee by young person trying to get her luggage off rack. But because I was as handicapped I did get help. Thank you.

convenient and prompt on getting to airport.

Great service

Very timely

Great location, parking lot is very well lighted, safe and clean stall. They even have a detail shop and will start your car for you so it will be warm or cool depending on the weather

Premium membership so I get fast pick up and drop off. The availability of the buses in the lot and at the airport has improved greatly since a few years ago.

Easy to get to, easy to leave and get onto a highway. Your Staff is Tops!!!!

Good friendly drivers

Staff is friendly, very helpfull and the entire proccess is very efficient. Love using the parking spot south.

If I could make one suggestion and that would be to be able to schedule pick up times for after hours. As someone who comes in at like 1 or 1:30 am letting staff know what time I should be expected or at least maybe have some type of notifications system to alert staff that I will be at the pickup spot with in a few min would be great. There been a few times where I just missed a bus by 1 or 2 min and when theres only one bus it can be a long wait for it to return

Very personable, helpful people who do their job well. They seem to think nothing of going out of their way to be helpful. One time they came to my rescue when I had a flat tire and another time they were willing to think outside the box when my flight got postponed for a day after I had been dropped off at the airport.
