At first I thought it was going to be difficult to navigate driving down and park and go through the airport and returning how long do I have to wait , but it was excellent this time. I’ll use it again it’ was easy and organized and I love it

Appreciated the ease of parking and getting to the airport. As someone with little patience on travel days, the speed of the shuttle rotations is ideal!

The staff is always ready to help.

Park N' Fly by The Parking Spot is a reliable and secure location to store my vehicle during travel. I enjoy the Spot Rewards program. Using the App and self parking is easy and convenient. Shuttle drivers are courteous and timely.

How easy it is to park and the short time to wait for a shuttle !

Courtesy van was there immediately to pick us up after parking our car and only a few minutes wait at the airport when we returned.

Very easy to book and timely transfers

Very safe and good pricing.

Quick, easy, and convenient

Love parking here easy and convenient.

We like the proximity of Park N Fly to the Oakland Airport. Also, we appreciate being able to reserve a spot in advance, along with the paying in advance so we can exit the lot easily. Usually, the shuttle is available to go to the airport and back. This last time, there were so many people who needed the shuttle that the driver stopped accepting passengers and made us wait for the next shuttle. That was fine except the second shuttle driver had to accept everyone, and there wasn't enough room for everyone on the second shuttle.

Very easy - customer service - great value for price

The drivers were courteous and friendly. Excellent service !

Pick up, drop off with little waiting time. Particularly like new covered parking area. Excited to see it opening soon.

The staff is always very polite and helpful.

We use to Uber to Lovefield all the time but realized that depending on the number of days, it was more feasible for us to drive and leave our car at the Parking Spot. We’ve never had an issue with our auto, also appreciate that the drivers pick you up at your auto once you’re parked and bring you back to your car. That’s a very comfortable feeling, especially for women who are alone. And the drivers so far have been. Thx Parking Spot

Quick pick up and drop off. Very efficient and courteous.

Love that I can park inside and that someone is always there to pick you up. I like that someone is always available to help you with your luggage too.

CONVENIENCE The only parking spot I use for trips. Location is easy to get to and the lot is secure and I always ask for a covered spot. Taken right to my gate location and then picked up promptly when returning is worth paying for. I can be confident that my car is in good hands and safe while I'm away.

On time and honest

The frequency of your busses gets your clients back and forth to the airport without much waiting.

I like the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The team is always friendly and the app is easy to use.

Fast and easy! Much appreciated the drivers loading our heavy baggage on and off the shuttle. Easy to find on the way back too.

Easy in and out. Quick pick up at the terminal
