I like how quickly the van picks me up when I park my car. I like how there is an attendant available when I check in and out. I like how the driver lifts my luggage in and out of the van. I like how the app on my phone makes it easy to check in and out.
On occasion:
1-When it was icy in the parking lot, the driver walked me to the van.
2-When I left my phone in the car but was already at the airport, I called PS and they instructed me to take the van back. The driver took me straight to my car and then had me get in a different van that would get me quicker back to the airport.
3-When returning from a trip, sometimes the driver will put my suitcase directly into my car trunk for me.

I like the fact that you pick me up at my car and take me to my departing terminal then pick me up no matter what terminal I return to. I like it when Alex picks me up he loads my bags and unloads.
A improvement could be in your system to where when I come into the gate at times I can't find my reservation on my phone. An upgrade to your system would be when I use my personal code the system should find my reservation and not depend on me trying to locate on my phone due to sometimes I can't find it.

The one issue I’m rather displeased with is that I book a stay and get my confirmation and one hour later get an email offering a large discount if I book now.

I was able to park our car for several weeks undercover for the same price for a uber driver. I love the convenience of having my car to drive home after a long trip.
The frequency of the shuttle runs, I feel great coming home knowing it will be just a few minutes for my pick up, the friendliness and help from the drivers is so appreciated as I age it is harder and harder for me to toss my bags around and I have been using the shuttle service for over 16 years, it was blue cloud first but I am ok with the Spot good management.
Pick you up at your vehicle and when you return are dropped off at your vehicle.
We no longer have to impose on family and friends to get us to the airport or pick us up! We especially like that we can find a covered parking spot in a secured lot that doesn’t cost us an arm and a leg. The shuttle service has always been quick to get us to the airport, as well as pick us up and take us back to our car. The shuttle drivers are so polite and helpful with our suitcases-plus, we appreciate the ticket we get that has the location of our car, too!

It's so easy and smooth!
Your service takes the hassle of parking and getting to the terminal easier. Sure I'd like to not have to spend money on parking, and I could find a parking spot somewhere else and grab an Uber or have a friend take me. But it becomes a giant hassle at 4 in the morning and at midnight when my flights are going out and coming in. I don't have an expensive car, but I like my car enough to try to keep it safe, so being gone for 3 weeks with my car just sitting there in a parking lot doesn't sit well with me. So my choices are pay to park at the airport, and lug my stuff to the terminal, leave my car unsecured and grab midnight Ubers, or simply give you guys the keys, jump on the worlds ugliest paint schemed van, and not worry about it. The rate may be a bit more but I'm willing to pay for the peace of mind.
