Easy access to airport terminal. Feel very safe about leaving my auto for a week or more. The people working are always friendly.

What I don’t like is your apt. It never works correctly takes a long time to get reservations completed. I do use JFK spot a lot sometimes i get turned away from covered parking because I can not complete reservation. Maybe you need a help line to help people.

The transport to and from the airport was timely. The drivers were professional and courteous. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy. I also appreciated having covered parking.

I did not opt for the more expensive premium indoor parking. I wanted the regular covered parking. Not a good experience. Also directions to premium parking were not clear.

Simple and easy. make the reservation, pay the fare, they take you to the airline, they pick you up and take you back to your car, you go home. Simple and easy.

They really try to get you to the airport asap, and back to your car upon return. If you setup reservations in advance it is also quick in and out.

Overall very pleased with the Parking Spot! I like that there are choices for covered and uncovered, as well as prompt shuttle service to take me to the airport!

I had an issue trying to use my old Parking Spot ID card at The entrance gate and the lovely lady on shift on Sunday morning around 8 AM came over and assisted me. I’m a senior… I still work full-time… But I was not aware that my old Parking Spot card would no longer swipe at the entrance. She was amazing… I wish I would’ve known her name. Please recognize her. She was very patient and kind with her guidance.

I like the cleanliness and friendliness of the shuttle drivers. There needs to be a clear division of the international vs. domestic parking other than international cone dividers that are placed on the end of rows.

Easy to access, shuttles run often, gets you dropped off directly to your car when you return, pricing isn’t too bad

Sometimes the pick up van can’t find me as I drive a small car even with hazards on.

So easy and very timely with shuttle service to and from the airport!
