What do you like about our services?

The associates were very nice. I did have to wait more than 30 minutes for the shuttle as the driver indicated he was just sitting at terminal 3 (I was at 4) not realizing the other driver's radio was not working.

Parking spaces were quite dirty with plant debris

What do you like about our services?

I appreciate that the Parking Spot consistently seeks feedback. While at times parking in the premium lot I have to wait a few minutes for the shuttle it seems the shuttles are more frequently at the airport when I arrive which I appreciate. Once when I was tight on time due to traffic the driver worked hard to get me to the airport to take my flight.
