Ease of registration. Pick up and drop off. Covered parking. Tracking of bus.
Shuttle service is fast and efficient - easy booking - easy check in and out - great location close to the airport
Parking Spot 3 is a convenient, moderately priced parking alternative for longer itineraries. We use the facility whenever we will be out of town for up to two weeks. The service is efficient and friendly. The facility was recommended to us by the husband of one of our daughters who flies quite frequently for relatively short stays out of the area. We have since recommended Spot 3 others.
Easy. Convenience. Reasonable price
Efficient, convenient and staff is wonderful
Everything was very smooth
Parking was easy and the transportation to and from the airport was reliable and on time. Price was reasonable, too.
It is of great comfort to know that you can park your car and be close to the terminal and have a transport within minutes to take you to the terminal. I highly recommend utilizing The Parking Spot!
Quick and easy pickup
Great service. Easy parking. Promp pick up.
Convenient, great location, friendly staff and easy to use application.

Friendly and convenient. Driver’s are great.
It was very great service the vehicle was immaculate and the shuttles were very nice going and come back from our trip I would use them again and the atmosphere was very nicely as well. as a first time user I would use there service again anytime
Fast in and out.
The buses are always there when you need them; the drivers are friendly & courteous. The rates are fair.
Convenient location
The driver that took us to the airport, on May 22nd, was so friendly and spoke to us most of the way. He was GREAT!
However, the driver leaving the airport, on May 25th, was sullen, didn't say a word to us, and I got the feeling that he'd rather be anywhere else but in that shuttle! AND IT WAS FREEZING IN THERE!!! He was not good!
Smooth entry and exit process, quick shuttle service
Very convenient to reserve a parking spot and to park my car
Covered parking is very affordable with the AAA discount.
Service was great to IAH. From IAH to parking spot seems to be less drivers to pickup travelers causing long wait time to be picked up.
Also I would like to tip driver but I do not carry cash. There should be a way to tip drivers via zelle or other app.
The friendly service, and the quickness of picking me up to retrieve my car. Overall service is excellent.
Always prompt in picking me up at the parking lot and at the airport
The Parking Spot is a very convenient, safe place to park your car. I use the South location in Phoenix because it is a coverd/carport style. I think the prices are fair. Given the distance I live from my airport a RT Uber trip would cost double what a 5 day stay at The Parking Spot costs.
Easy to use, prompt service, friendly staff
