Guest Testimonials
Easy to schedule parking. Friendly and professional service. Minimal shuttle waiting time. Peace of mind knowing your car is parked in a safe, clean, well lit area. 10/10.
People very friendly, got picked up FAST at parking lot and at airport. Can see where they are on their app
Great company, always friendly and convenient. Never have to wait for a shuttle.
It was convenient and efficient.
Convenience, speedy pickup
We like the fairly quick service of picking us up at our car and at the airport. I just don’t like when you are jammed and finding a parking spot at times. Glad we have reservations but not always easy. No one being there on a Sat was a little confusing this last time but I think I understand the system. Your drivers are always friendly for the most part.
The price is great and I always trust that my car is safe while I’m gone.
Easy in and out
Staff at entrance to assit you are very courteous and pleasant.
Easy, so easy
Very easy. I would suggest a dedicated area for your vans at the airport. We were first in line at the red curb waiting. As time more people came and waited further down the curb. When the van pulled in, we were last to board and barely made it.
The shuttles come around the parking lot and airport frequently. The drivers are helpful with luggage.
Warm welcome - the guys who take your info when you arrive are always friendly. The employees at the desk are nice enough - not overly welcoming, but not negative. The employees who help you to your car at valet are always great.
Shuttles are readily available, close proximity to the airport and friendly shuttle drivers.
Simple, safe, efficient, and doesn't break the bank.
Premium parking, location, staff, easy exit and entry,
Having shuttle already at location when returning,
I do wish your spot was not the last one at pick up.
From the ease of being picked up at my car to delivering me to the terminal, it was not only easy but I didn’t worry about making my flight. Then afterwards the driver picked us back up and delivered us back to our car. It was perfect!
The Parking Spot is easy, convenient and the service is always excellent.
Everything was very easy
Excellent Service! It's always very quick and easy to drop off and pick up my car. The van drivers and desk staff are friendly and helpful. I feel very confident leaving my car in your hands while I travel!
Location, friendly courteous and prompt shuttle drivers
So convenient and easy! Thank you!!
Wasn’t aware it was valet only but had no issues thumps up
Booking the spot online was easy. The number of shuttled drop offs and pickups was great. The wait time wasn't long.
Security seems to be okay and the shuttles run frequently.
Parking Spot is our #1 choice of airport parking. Shuttles and drivers are polite and always helpful. We are so glad road construction is complete!!!!!
Easy to use
Staff are so friendly and helpful, even when its 1am.
Convenient. Safe. fairly roomy spots. VERY Helpful office staff. Short wait, if any, for the shuttle to terminal
