The process was easy and efficient even when I had to move the date and the extend the dates. That was very smooth. What wasn’t smothered was the drive to the airport due to the pot holes. My back was really in pain due to that. Please level the driveway.

Pretty quick to transport us from the parking lot to the airport and back again. Also like the option for covered parking and I really liked the sale price I got the last time. We had a family member show up who volunteered to drive us, but the price was right and we kept our reservation and enjoyed the convenience.
Process is easy to make a reservation. Entering to park is simple with bar cade scan and locating open spot is relatively easy as row to park in has a blinking row pointer. The shuttle van drivers are friendly and helpful with luggage on and off the shuttle. The App to track the shuttle after arriving at the airport is helpful. We only travel/fly a few times each year, so it has been helpful being able to park at the same parking facility and we like that it is a covered parking garage. AAA discount helps reduce cost.
