Guest Testimonials

Your drivers are very nice and I haven't had a long wait to get a shuttle.

It’s fast safe and effective

On our most recent visit, we discovered our car battery had died. Fred quickly came to our aide. The battery pack did not have a big enough charge to jump start our car, so he quickly returned with a car and a helper to get us on our way. We were extremely grateful for his professionalism and kindness.

I love how easy it is to get in and out.

I dot' have to manage airport traffic. My car is always ready when I return, the wait for pick up is usually short and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. My bags are loaded and unloaded onto the bus for me. I always plan my driver tip as part of my travel plans because they are well deserved!

Prioumt and friendly service the female driver even grabbed my luggage and put it into the truck for me

Awesome service as usual

Friendly, convenient, pick up and drop off first w/ covered. Bring back valet!!!

Convenient, helpful drivers, feel safe

Quick and easy! Great staff, covered parking and water bottles when you check out.

From check in to check out service was fast and friendly. The driver was very courteous and made sure that our ride was safe.

quick

Your drivers are very professional and polite. Never have to wait to be picked up at The Parking Spot facility or at the airport.

Well done - it feels like one more shuttle in the rotation would be beneficial, but overall good experience.

The app, and the shuttles are usually quick.

Prompt pick-ups, helpful drivers, competitive price.

-Easy access at all hours.
-Provide security to my car.
- Adequate transportation to and from airport.
-Courteous driver.

I loved how quickly we were picked up at the lot and then at the airport. Great job

It’s always an easy day parking at the Parking Spot. I’ve never had to wait for a shuttle when I park and haven’t ever waited more than 10 minutes to get back to my car. The price is always spot on (see what I did there?). It’s my go-to for parking at the airport!

Excellent service. Fair price

It is Convenient and staff driver was very efficient!

Safe parking lot. Convenient location. Friendly staff - Typically i interact with only the bus drivers (I use self park option) - but this time, there was an attendant at the exit booth. He was very polite and helpful (i saw that he provided directions and bottled water to the car before me). I did not need either, so i did not request either. But he did help with the scan transaction as sometimes it is difficult to reach the touchpad from the car window.

Convenient parking with friendly employees.

Great fast service

Everyone we dealt with, especially our drivers, has been most caring and helpful.

Nice staff, affordable, and shuttles are very frequent.

Convenient, timely, affordable

Reliable parking. Normally the driver helps me with my bags. Driver on the way home did help me. Driver when I was flying out did not.

Told me where openings are so I don't waste time driving around. Took me to airport right away... I hate when you guys take 20 minutes to drive around trying to pack the van so tight with people that we don't have room to breathe.
