Pick-up and delivery from my car to the airport and back, first rate. No complaints at all and the drivers are very helpful.
This was an awesome experience, the Parking Spot was everything they said they would be, the shuttle was there within 10 minutes of us arriving and parking the car, then on our way home there was a shuttle waiting at the designated location, which means we didn't to have to wait at all. I would say tho, that the shuttle from the lot to the airport was filled to the rim, which sucked for other people who had to ride standing up. So if anything is taken back to The Parking Spot, is to maybe not fill it to the rim to allow all passengers a spot on a seat.
Drivers are friendly and helpful. Parking lot is safe and secure. It is a relatively short ride to and from the airport. Parking fee is reasonably priced.

Drivers that have picked us up and driven us to the airport are professional loading our luggage on the bus. Being picked up and taken back to our car is absolutely wonderful. Easy to set up my stay, easy to drop off, easy pick up, and my car is ready warmed up ready for me. The app is great. Just wish I could have called & spoke to someone when my trip was affected my a winter storm. I feel there should be someone avaliable to speak to when an issue arises. It was tough to fine where to email my concern. It took more time than booking .
