It’s just so easy! I was met at my vehicle promptly. I didn’t have to wait long before the shuttle came by upon returning. The drivers are courteous and put your bags on the racks. The price is very reasonable as well. If only the airlines ran as smoothly!

The pick-up was not up to your usual standards. We parked early in the morning on March 19. First, the female driver asked several customers to move their cars and park close to the van rather than where the parking attendant told us to park. After parking, we had to drag our bags between cars to get to the van. We also had to tell her the space number where we parked and had to load our own bags. One family was so frustrated, they took all of their bags off of the van and refused to get back on (preferring to wait for a different van and driver). When we finally left the lot and headed for the terminal, the driver was speeding and taking wild turns (tossing passengers around). We were all happy we made it to the terminal in one piece. One passenger asked for the driver's name and she said it was posed on the side...but it appeared to be a man's name. Our return went much more smoothly. Our driver was what we expect from your company--polite, courteous, and helpful. We will still use the Parking Spot in the future. I hope the female driver we had was a one-time experience.

So convenient! Easy access off of Snow Rd. Parked and the shuttle was right there to pick us up! In minutes we were in the airport and doing TSA. Upon our return, we exited the airport and our shuttle was pulling away… no frets, another was there in 4 minutes. Well done for a good price! It will be my parking Spot whenever I travel!
