Very easy and convenient
Everyone was very friendly, from the parking attendants to the van drivers. The shuttle was readily available upon our return and the ability to be picked up and dropped off right at our vehicle is appreciated.
Both drivers to and from the terminal were great this trip and we can see progress where you are trying to fix the vehicles of the overhead AC units falling down or shaking. Keep that up as it is helpful to not feel unsafe in your vehicles. Some maintenance needs to continue to happen on the yellow buses:) thank you! Keep up the progress and great work on hiring good drivers

The Shuttles are Timely from the Lot to the Terminal and slight Less timely leaving CLT. The Best part of TPS-CLT is the Employees! They are Professional and Courteous! Hands down Better than any other options at CLT
