Everything went so smoothly. No waiting, straight from car to airport. Great being picked up right by the car. Shuttle there on return right after we call. Excellent service.

Quick, reliable & professional.
Parking Spot is very accessible (well, except for the current road constructions). Fast & efficient. The drivers are very helpful. Majority with great customer service skills. I love having the ones that actually help me load my big, huge, heavy luggage in the back of my SUV after a vacation. They are just fantastic! The only downside is some of the drivers will announce that a gratuity is expected which is a total "turn off" for me. I would like to be the one to decide if the service was exceptional to give that well-deserved gratuity.

Convenience from every perspective: reserving, signing in with the QR code, automatic billing, nice / friendly booth attendants, water bottles, etc.
The shuttle for pick up and drop off on our trip was very fast, with hardly any wait time. The driver on our return trip was extra helpful as my wife and I are seniors and he helped get the bags off of the shuttle and put them in our car! It was not a very busy time of day I suppose, but this was very nice.

I like the proximity to the airport, and the quick and efficient service provided. From the time I park my car there's virtually no wait as a shuttle is typically coming down the parking row and has to wait for me to unload my suitcases. On return, I am dropped off right in front of my car. On this particular trip, due to me not closing my door completely, I returned to a dead battery. The Parking Spot staff quickly came to my rescue and I was on my way in short order. I have and will continue to use The Parking Spot and suggest that friends and relatives do as well.
Great customer service and a decent price
It was convenient and I felt my car was safely protected in the lot. The ease of returning to the lot was also quick and painless. Very efficient service.
Always great service, however, we're not fond of the long walk from baggage claim to the pick up area. It seems the airport assigned shuttles the furthest and most inconvenient spot they could find!
Soon as I park they take me to airport within 5-6 minutes. Same with pick up from the Airport , bus grabs me within 5 minutes .!! Excellent service.

Had longer time waiting for van to come to pick up. Finally 2 arrived. Said that they were changing shifts and took longer to come.
We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be picked up. The drivers are friendly and helpful. We love the option of covered parking that is a pretty reasonable price.
