Covered parking, fast shuttle pickup
convenient, efficient, and the driver was great.
Only concern was that the final payment when leaving the parking spot was more than what I contracted for when I made the reservation. It was increased by about $25. Not sure why.

They are very organized pick you up quickly and get you where you need to go
We have used you for years and the service - pickup in lot or at airport has been tremendous till last week. We probably waited 20 min for a van in the lot. She was driving down each lane without ever stopping to pickup. OK - maybe she was new.... Coming back - again waited 20 or so min waiting at airport pickup. And this was a regular driver. Did you guys cut back on staffing? 2 days with not the best service is odd for you guys.

It's never a long wait for a shuttle. The driver always helps with the luggage. Friendly and courteous people. Easy to use and the AAA discount is helpful. A friend told me about you and I have enjoyed using your parking service ever since.
