My husband and I have been using Parking Spot 2 on Will Clayton for several years. It’s easy in and out. The drivers are helpful. I would recommend the very reliable and quick service.
The people you have working at the South Lot are the reason I go back there so often. I really look forward to seeing Ray and Harvey in the mornings, and the drivers are very nice. Ray and Harvey both give me a level of comfort, that allows me to not worry about my vehicle. Also, I have had multiple drivers help me remove the snow from my vehicle so I could drive home - it was really nice of them. Thank you for the teamwork you group has as I feel like they have my back when I park with you all.
Easy to reserve a spot. Easy access. Reasonable prices. Not keen on the switch from the old plastic membership card to a digital app on my phone - but I'll try to get used to it. Not a fan of automation - glad there is still a live person in the checkout booth!

The website and reservation process is easy to use. Once arriving, the shuttle bus driver helped me find a parking place and load my bags. Coming back was easy too! Small wait for the shuttle then door to door service. The driver even helped load bags into the back of my car. Thank you.

My plane was delayed 2 hours over midnight. But the parking spot didn't charge extra day.
I liked the organization and the communication amongst the front gate and the drivers and the lot attendants . They were using a walkie and it was very smooth and efficient. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I even made a post on my threads social media !

Fantastic shuttle picked us up at Door 16 and we were at our car in no time! We had the shuttle little card telling what area and space to get our car.

I would have given a score of 10, but I was VERY disappointed that I was charged for 10 days even though my car was parked for 9 days and 54 minutes. I am glad that I had points to use towards my reservation.
