Convenient, easy to access, polite staff.
Easy and efficient check-in and exit.
It's very convenient...easy to get to and to get out of and close to I-485.
The app is helpful. The QR code for tips is helpful.
Timely and good service
Price but more so convenience. Easy in and out. Pick up/ drop out service excellent
Easy and good prices
Don’t have to wait a long time for a shuttle like at the Parking Spot 1
Drivers are quick and friendly
It's reliable, my car is safe and the service is good. One thing I didn't like on our last trip was that it was hot and the air conditioning did not work. BUT overall it was very good
Quick service
Easy to book a reservation. Professional and friendly service from gate to shuttle drivers. Prompt pick up and drop off.
This was our first experience with Parking Spot, and they did an outstanding job. We were able to get a fair price by planning in advance, and we felt that the car was very safe with all the gates that required a QR code to gain access. We only waited a few minutes for pickup at the airport, so we'll definitely be back again!
Convenient location.
Patience, courtesy of the staff and efficiency when we returned to their valet parking!
Pick up and drop off! Usual promptness.
Best place to park
Easy! Covered and secure parking. Convenient and quick.
Ez to get pu and drop off
Covered parking. Wait time minimal. Customer service is pretty good. Don’t have to worry about finding a place to park at the airport. Drop off point isn’t to bad.
convenience
Your drivers are always so friendly and helpful. I especially enjoy that they help me with my bag. (I recently had an arm injury but no bandages or cast) and without even knowing that, your drivers are there to help. And, it's the gentlemanly thing to do - and let's face it... there's an extreme shortage of gentlemen these days. I wish I could remember the last two drivers I recently had - both happy, both helpful.... it really, really makes a difference when travel is alreaydy so stressful. :-) THANK YOU!!!
