You are there to pick me up @ the airport so I don’t have to wait a ling time to head for home. I have an hour+ drive to get home so it’s nice to be close to the airport & headed home quickly.

The location is very accessible and convenient to the airport. Our wait time to be picked up at the airport upon returning was rather long. In fact 3 vehicles from your other lot came and departed before our vehicle arrived.

My wife and I have been loyal patrons of Park 'n Fly and, subsequently, Parking SpotFly for more than 30 years. As much as we enjoyed the earlier iteration at the time, Parking SpotFly has taken parking to an entirely elevated dimension. The lot not only looks far better, with clear, readable striping, but the automated systems you have in place make the entire process so much faster and efficient. I remember waiting in long lines at times to check-out; now it is a breeze with the QR code handily on my iPhone! The buses are clean and comfortable and the drivers have been more courteous and helpful than I remember form the past. All in all, you guys have hit a home run with all the improvements and enhancements you've made. And to think that I used to love "Park 'n Fly". You have made me forget about them and I've come to truly appreciate all the amenities you provide. Thank you for making it a pleasure to do business with you!!!
