Our experience was above and beyond. Drop off went great, was easy and instructions were perfect. But the drop off was even better. When the driver dropped our party at our vehicle we found that the battery was dead and our vehicle would not start. We informed the driver and he was back within minutes with a jump pack to assist in starting our vehicle. Did not have to call AAA and the driver was so nice and helpful. That says a lot! Very grateful. That alone gives The Parking Spot a 10+!

Speed of service and convenient location

The parking experience is like no other. Every staff that I have interacted with is super friendly and relational I love that I get picked up at my vehicle and drop back off there. Also there is no long wait at the airport to be picked up. the shuttle comes by quite often.

I love Parking Spots, never had any issues, but this time we arrived at 1:30 am and had to wait for
the shuttle for about 40 minutes.
One shuttle for 15 people is not enough.

Drivers are great and timely.

It's so easy! The little shuttle is literally right there after you park to pick you up and get you to the airport.
