Technicians explained the process thoroughly and made sure stains on our upholstery were removed (applied another coat of product to some spots) before leaving - extremely conscientious and dedicated to doing an excellent job
I really appreciated Justin and the work he did at my house. He listened to my concerns about how the hallway takes forever to dry and took extra steps to improve that and I have never had it dry so fast. Very thankful! He also took time to answer questions and give other advice.
Overall, you folks are courteous, on time and make every effort to be respectful on my house and furniture.

Cleans without toxic chemicals
We like the fact there is no sticky soap residue left over, just clean clean carpet.

Some pet areas that were treated were trenched when the tech left. After more than 36 hours the areas were still damp and now looked as though a bucket of dirty water was poured on my carpet and left a stain. The tech is here now and trying to say these are areas he missed and that the urine came up from the carpet. Again, these were areas he did treat and left the carpet very soggy when he left. Some of these areas are now almost 10 times the size of the original spot. We had to watch a small dog while a family member was in the hospital and there is absolutely no way the dog left spots that large.

Excellent customer service and wonderful technicians
Dominic from Zerorez cleaned my carpets last Friday. What an EXCELLENT job he did! One room required extra work with special treatments for kitty accidents. Dominic worked very hard on that room and the results are great! He then cleaned the remaining carpets throughout and they're so clean & fresh! I told Dom right away that I wasn't interested in speed cleaning; rather, I wanted thoroughness & an excellent job. He came through 100% while still finishing the job within his allotted time slot. Great work, Dominic! Thank you!

The stains are still there, just more faint. My carpet feels crunchy even after vacuuming extensively, and the stain treatment destroyed my carpet in the spots he treated, to the point where I’ll have to either have my carpet dyed or patched. The tech was very nice and pleasant and excited about his job, but I feel like all 3 times I’ve had these guys out, they spend a lot of time explaining why this works even though it doesn’t look like it does or how it’s the customer’s fault the stains aren’t going to come out.

We paid over $600.00 to have 1 room of carpet and a set of stairs cleaned.
We paid the extra amount within that amount to have pet stains treated, which did not work.
The carpet still smells and when they sent a guy out the second time, they wanted to charge me to treat it again!
What kind of customer service is this? $600.00 is a lot of money to pay to not have it guaranteed, which by the way I was not told about!

The technician arrived promptly and was very personable, and thorough with my carpet! He worked on several spots and made a tremendous difference.
He made a few recommendations and told me about other services that Zerorez provides, with leather furniture and detailing cars.
I was more than completely satisifed with Zerorez and everything about it.
One suggestion - our carpets were naturally quite wet when he left and he recommended we use box fans if we had them to help quicken the drying process. We would have purchased box fans ahead of time if the information was included in the Zerorez pre-appointment information,and would have appreciated a heads up.
Second time for a small area that was cleaned 2 months ago for pet stains. Jury is still out.
