Great service, great technicians, easy scheduling. Technician calls 20 minutes before they arrive at your house, cleaner does not have chemicals or leave residues, very professional operation and people. Highly recommend them.

I wasn't happy this time. I had the feeling my carpets weren't cleaned properly. They stayed wet for over 24 hours and they smelled bad the next day. I'm not sure why. It took a lot of febreeze to get rid of the smell.

Steve was very informative and polite - that is huge because it seems most businesses are not terribly concerned with developing a customer relationship. Also, I could see that our carpet was cleaner. The online scheduling and text/e-mail reminders were timely, effective and informative. ZeroRez Boise is a well-oiled machine with manners!
