The technician who came to clean out upholstery was excellent. They were conscience of our home and the chairs now look like new! I''m sorry we waited so long to schedule this cleaning and we will certainly use Zerorez again soon.

I like the product used. It seemed to me like the best cleaning product available for cleaning carpets and it smells so fresh. The workman called ahead and was on time. The process only took an hour and a half. The carpet looks great!

Good service and staff was very informative of the process and work went very well.
The company sells the idea that the carpet will be dry very quickly after being cleaned and that was not the case at all. My carpets were still wet in most places after 12 hours and I ran a ceiling fan and a house fan to help it dry but it still took a long time to dry. As far as I can tell the technician did a great job but it was no different than any other company. Also I paid an extra $100 for a pet deodorizer and it smells just like it did after 2 days. I would expect for it to smell good for at least a week but maybe my standards are too high??? Or maybe the carpet here is that bad. To be honest it is a rental that I moved in to. I probably will not use this company again so there’s no sense in trying to make it right for me
The man who did our cleaning was very professional and courteous. Our carpets were very much in need of cleaning and they now look fantastic.

Do all the parts of the rooms; don't skip parts. Now a tech. has to come back to finish the job. Otherwise, it was a reasonably good job.
Cleaned carpets exceptionally well, it was nice to not have soaking wet carpets when done.
