The gentleman were really friendly and tried to get out some of the stains that I showed them. There was a small red stain that they were able to get out however once the carpets had dried that small red stain has now spread to a large area. So now instead of a small red stain I have a large pink/red stain. Disappointing!

Scheduling online was super easy! Our tech showed up (early even.. but he called to make sure they was ok). He did a great job on our couch that I thought was a goner! No chemical smell. No smell at all which was the issue!

Zeke was courteous, fair and friendly when he came out to do estimate. The work that was done was excellent and we will definitely use Zerorez for any other business needs we may have.

I do not believe my stairs were properly extracted after cleaning solution was applied, they were soaking wet when’s technician left. I used multiple towels to soak up the water and had fans blowing late into the evening to try and dry out the carpet so damage wouldn’t be done to the wooden structure of the stairs.
There is also clearly a residue remaining in all of the areas cleaned, the carpet is very stiff to the touch. I only had 3 rooms cleaned, and have 3 rooms untouched by zero res as my comparison.
I would request that someone come out and do a water only extraction so that whatever is till on my carpets does not attract soil. I believe this is why your service recommends vacuuming immediately after carpet dries, to try and soften the feel of whatever it is you leave on carpets. I have never had this experience with my regular carpet cleaners, I feel like I fell prey to your advertising.
