The appointment was for a dryer vent cleaning. The service man was great, he was super nice. However, the job that was hired to do was not done, even though I was charged the entire fee for it. The service tech stated he was only able to clean a very small amount of lent from the venting, as it wasn't that dirty, he stated that his equipment apparently ran into some sort of blockage that he was unable to get past. I asked him what was going to be done, because the vent was not cleaned, which is what he was called out to do. While I was standing there, he called his upper management, told him that there was an apparent blockage and asked what he was to do next, and I heard that person, on the phone, tell him that there was nothing else that he could do. He left with full payment for a vent cleaning, and I still had the same issue, a dryer vent that wasn't venting. After he left, I immediately called another service provider, which came out the next day and he pulled 5+ full bags of lint from the dryer vent and found damage to the vent that will have to be fixed. He stated that it looks like the damage was done from equipment.
It's one thing to come out and not be able to fix an issue, but to charge full price on a job NOT done or finished is not acceptable. I will not be recommending your company for any jobs, and I will not be following through with the scheduling I'd planned for our carpets and furniture to be cleaned. I have changed plans due to lack of trust and poor service.
Upon talking to several other companies that clean dryer vents, when there is a blockage, the companies do find them and remove them, your company didn't even attempt to find the blockage, there was no use to even have you guys out here, a total waste of my money. The company that followed up on your visit, the next day, the tech showed me what he was cleaning out of the vent, it was a lot of lint! This tech ran a camera through the vent, showing the lint. I am on their schedule for them to come back out and repair the damage that was done to the vent.
You ask what can you do to make things right? Well, a refund would be nice, considering your company didn't do the job you were hired to do.

I had my carpets cleaned and two spots had to be recleaned due to wear. They were very professional and took the time to do quality cleaning. I loved that they were courteous and knowledgeable of how I could protect my carpet. Definitely recommend them and will use Zerorez again.
The carpets do come clean and there is no residue.

A more accurate return time would have been nice. I don’t mind how long it took to clean, but when I asked for an update after the original two week time frame had past, I essentially received a “we’re working on it, we’ll let you know” response which isn’t an accurate answer.

The initial cleaning left a long stripe on our carpet. A different cleaner came out to fix it and he went over that area twice. It seems to be gone now. The second person did everything they could to make it right, just a hassle. Thanks!
Love the way my carpet feels afterward
I have used you and recommended you to numerous friends/times. My husband uses your services for the rentals we own. I had brand new tile that was in need of its final/first clean after a remodel this past Saturday.. I let the technician know it was brand new and needed a good clean before applying sealant to the grout. I was home and my husband arrived a bit later. The tech seemed unsure of the procedure(I have had tile cleaned and sealed by you before-and very well done) I accidentally walked in to the utility room while he was in the process. It was covered in filthy water and I made a comment to which he said it would be taken care of. Long story short my floors came out horribly, the tech manager came by and took some pictures. Another tech came out and tried to reclean but at this point there was not a whole lot he could do. He left fans in hopes that the grout was just still wait and not now stained from the first techs process. The sealant had been applied by the first tech but not dried so the second tech was hoping to get it off/out before it dried the dirt in. Today is Monday. I scrubbed the floor yesterday(Sunday)on my hands and knees for 2 hours as it was the grout was still dirty after drying with the fans. Numerous trips with buckets of fresh hot water I finally got the floor to rinse clean and clear. The utility grout however is stained now from whatever your first tech did. I have contacted Franklin Building Supply to come and see what they can do with my BRAND NEW TILE FLOORS! I will wait to hear from someone and or discuss with whoever shows up to pick up the fans today but you will NOT be sealing this floor and I will NOT be paying for the services that were done that I now have to try and hopefully undo or completely re-grout the utility room. So disappointing as you have done a great job in the past for sure. I did not leave any reviews on websites only here as I get things happen but I just with I would have had a tech that was more adequately prepared. As far as wearing booties go...he kept going in and out with the booties on his feet. Kind of defeats the purpose. And should have at least vacuumed the floor before he started smearing the dirt around. He was polite, but obviously new and sent out untrained.

It was easy to book. The price was reasonable and Robert did a great job. He was prompt and a good communicator and he gave me a good idea of the condition of the carpet and what to expect. It went well and I would use Zerorez and Robert again.
