Very thorough with carpet cleaning. Took care to get every part of carpet that made a big difference of how clean the carpet turned out.

Called to tell when he would arrive. Surveyed the room and asked questions about carpet ie spots, traffic, pets etc. was polite, friendly and went right to work when he had the information that he needed to do the job. When finnished he explained what I needed to do (vacume after completly dry etc). Mike was profesional, personable and did a great job. Will be happy to have him come and do some more rooms in the future. PS the office staff was equally as nice and professional which speaks highly of the whole team and company. Jim
Zerorez booking process is very good. Great communication. The tech was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I think the prices are too high but my carpets were cleaned well.

Was quoted for carpet cleaning per room and anticipated being ballpark of the estimate. Turns out any stain cleaning is extra. Like we will “clean” your carpet but if you want any spots removed, that’s based on time. Didn’t know there were multiple parameters to the experience. Couple of the spots that were “soaked” longer for extra cleaning and would hopefully go away when dry-didn’t. Final tally after opting for the “extra” almost doubled the quote.
Nice service tech. Like the fact there’s no chemical odor and residue. Just wonder how clean the general cleaning really.

I didnt feel the couch was as clean as it could have been afterwards, and the backs of the couch werent cleaned. I dont know if thats typical or not though.

Nick did a fantastic job on our carpets. He is professional, thoughtful and very helpful. The name says it all. Carpets are soft and fluffy.
Service person was great.
Nick called me, told me he was a head of schedule. He made it there a 12. Then, because I wasn't there, as he was cleaning my parents house while I was at work, he called anytime he found something else to take care of. He also made sure NOT to let my parents pay for it, as requested!

Zero residue! The carpets stay cleaner longer and don’t attract dirt. We add the protectant to the heavy traffic areas and this seems to help prevent the carpet from holding the dirt. We have used Zerorez exclusively for many years and have found them to be the best. Not always the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
Fantastic job! The carpet looks so much better, and it has dried within a reasonable amount of time.
The $17.00 environmental fee seems like kind of a rip-off. Does it really cost that much to properly dispose of the dirty water from three rooms in my house? That fee seems quite steep on top of everything else.

I’ve had my carpets cleaned twice now from Zerorez—specifically to treat a pet-caused problem area. In spite of clearing the room and addressing that straight away, the smell persisted. When I called to say that was still an issue, I was charged for another visit for a stronger treatment. During that visit the team member pointed out areas that were missed previously and said with a different treatment it would be resolved. Unfortunately I’ve used my full budget to have it treated, but it just smells stronger and worse than before.
The technician was prompt, friendly and took alot of time to clean my sofa. I was very impressed . I will call your company again for either carpet or upholstery cleaning
