Clean with no residue and great, friendly service.
Nick did a great job! Carpet looks great! If there was dirt or stains, he got it out. There is no left over product odors. Definitely will have them come back in the future.

I like the non toxic cleaning solution. Plus, the excellent service people. Carter did a superior job even better than Sebastin. I have used Zerorez at least five times. My rugs, despite being old look great after Zerorez is here!!!!!
Employee talks us through the process, answers our questions. He showed us where the dog pee was under a florescent light. He did what he could and said it may be enough. Another treatment might be beneficial later or get a new carpet.

Cleaned but no chemical smell
I have had zerorez clean my carpet the last 4 years. I love how quickly my carpets dry and they feel softer. Even the matted down, high traffic area is soft and fluffy again.
Our technician, Justin, was terrific: personable, thorough, communicative, and professional. He represents your company very well.
The cleaning is very good and the service is excellant.
I would say the main thing that disappointed me was the thought that my carpets would be clean and not smell bad/funny and that the extra area I paid extra to have cleaned smelled worse after both cleanings to it.
The carpet guys were great and customer service was not an issue.
My carpets have a weirdly dingy odor to them and I have vacuumed at least a dozen times since to try and get everything up. They did state that it would need to vacuumed but I thought it would at least dissipate by now.
One area in a bedroom was soiled by my cat before he died and that I paid 200 extra dollars to have extra treatment. It was less than a 5 by 5 section and smelled worse after each treatment than it did before.
I was very pleased. The service man was knowledgeable, friendly and did a fantastic job!
Measure room size and tell the customer it will be an extra charge for the oversize room before cleaning not at the end.

WE HAVE NEVER BELIEVED IN CARPET CLEANING DUE TO THE FACT THAT THERE IS USUALLY SOAPS USED AND THEY LEAVE A RESIDUE. THE RESIDUE ALLOWS THE CARPET TO GET DIRTIER FASTER, THUS NECESSITATING MORE FREQUENT CLEANINGS AND ON AND ON AND ON.
WITH ZEROREZ THERE IS NO RESIDUE. THEY DO NOT USE SOAPY CHEM'S. THEREFORE, CARPETS STAY CLEANER MUCH LONGER. YOUR CARPET IS HAPPY AND YOU ARE HAPPY!!!!!
