It cost more than our regular company and honestly I don’t feel the carpets got clean. I had to ask the tech to do a room again and took pictures of the difference. The carpet smelled funny while drying and it did not fluff back up like it normally does. Over all… not impressed. The tech was nice and the corner guards were amazing but the finished product is what we need to be better. My guess… you need to use more water to get dirt out. Not worry about the dry time being less… truly get the carpet deep down clean. Wish we had gone with our old company because I feel it was a waste of $400 and need to have them cleaned again.

We recently had our sofa and loveseat cleaned and the service was excellent. We are very pleased that they were cleaned very well with a limited amount of water and minimum dampness when the cleaning process was completed.

After the guy cleaned?? our carpets my wife went back over it and still had a lot of stuff fill the bag on the vacuum. The carpets were vacuumed before the guy got there, and they were still that dirty after he was done. I will admit that the carpets were in need of a cleaning, but what we received was not good. I mentioned to the person that scheduled the appointment that the people had a cat. she said that a special spray could be used. I don't think any thing was applied. The smell of cat is still there. So long story short I am not pleased with the service from zerorez.
I was a bit surprised by the cost, but happy with the results. I also was told I would receive my receipt, and I still haven't received it.

The representative was thorough and accommodating. The carpets are exceptionally clean and likely to remain so, since there is no soap residue to collect soil.

My only complaint is - thank you for wearing booties BUT don't wear them outside and then back inside. That defeats the purpose. I had to clean my white rug in front of the doorway and mop the wood floors because there were footprints from the front door to my bedroom. Thank you!

I couldn’t recommend this Zerorez enough.
They were respectful, courteous, punctual, and left the carpet cleaner than any other company has in the past.
Additionally, they came out to clean two rooms. However, after inspecting both rooms, they highly recommended that we have the carpet in one of the rooms replaced instead of cleaning it. They were willing to clean it, but because of all the stains that had soaked down to the subfloor from the previous owner’s pet, they recognized that replacing it would be in our best interest and most cost effective.
In today’s landscape of unethical business, it is a breath of fresh air to find a company you can trust to do the right thing, even if it means less profit for them.
The charge for stairs is set at 16 stairs automatically. I have a smaller home and I only have 14 yet I was charged for 16.
Despite that, I love love love how my carpet looks. I was totally in shock that the associate was able to get the pet stains left behind by my grandson's dog. Everything that was cleaned looks beautiful. Thankyou

They were very nice but also very late. They had a couple big jobs before me and didn't get to my house until 730.
