The carpets looked really good when they dried. The only thing that I was a little disappointed about were the traffic areas did not get as clean as I was expecting them to.
There was no residue on my carpet. It doesn't feel hard or crunchy to walk on after it has dried. Product gets carpets clean.
It was very economical. The tech was early which was awesome. He communicated well and was flexible and willing to work with some me on some special projects I had.
Keep prices reasonable
Kyle, your service man, arrived on time, did an excellent job, even helped me move our heavy sofa, finished in a reasonable time, cleared out his gear when finished, explained your products, got his check and left.. Perfect! No Kyle is not my grandson, but he did a good job and I'm happy to tell you that. ps Our carpet looks and smells great! Thanks.

Timeliness was crucial and the technician was on site as promised. I received a full explanation of all products used and technique of application. I just thought the high traffic areas would look a little better than they do. Also you should let your customers know that the protective treetment is almost as much as the cleaning when you are setting the appointment. Your technician and the lady I set the appointment with were absolutely wonderful to deal with .

Like the process Zerorez uses to clean carpet.
The carpets came out looking like new (they are 15 years old) no strong order and the carpet felt soft after drying. I can't remember the young mans name who cleaned them but he was very efficient and personable.
I will definitely use zero red again!!! Oh, and the price was fantastic 😊
I found the carpet was not as fluffy in the end as I had hoped. I do think it is very clean though. I may go back to my previous carpet person. Your tech was very good also.

The worker was very thorough and explained everything to us and made us very comfortable with our decision.
Our carpet looks great. The rep did not appear to have applied very much protectant (which cost more and took way less time); I am therefore reserving judgement and not giving a 9 or 10 at this time.

The carpet cleaning experience itself was very good. I would recommend it in a heartbeat. The part that I didn't like was all the up selling that went with it. I felt a little guilty for not buying additional products/services. Young technicians need to better learn the art of selling. A lot of time was eaten up with chit chat about why we should buy this or that service. If the customer says no, leave it alone and get back to work. The technician was very kind, sweat, and good at his job. He just needs to back down on the up selling part (e.g., leave the card that outlines additional services and call it good). I would prefer he not know where this comment came from, in case he comes back in the future.
