that you use the special water and there is no residue left on the carpets which always makes them feel sticky (to me)and attracts dirt faster. I always feel the carpets are really clean after you leave.

The carpets turned out great. The service person was very polite, and told me about the process. He finished in a timely manner.
The carpet was not clean and it caused lumps and bumps. This may cause me to have to have the carpet replaced. After 24 hours with the temperature on 70 and the fan blowing constantly it was still wet. I want my money back so I can get this carpet cleaned properly and try to save it. I am very very disappointed in the outcome. The movers are coming soon and I don't have time to mess around with a service that doesn't work. I will expect my credit card to be immediately credited back.

At this point it looks like the coffee stain in my bedroom is still there after your tech came and worked on it yesterday. Both of us thought it was gone at that time.
Provider was friendly and courteous...explained the process and was efficient. Did take awhile to dry, but it was humid anyway due to rainy weather and is to be expected. Looks great today and like the look.

Professional service representative. No chemicals so no odor
My carpet has endured 3 large dogs over the last 10 years. They were looking pretty bad. After having them cleaned prifessionally by Zerorez, they look amazingly better and my house smells fresh and clean. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
