The gentlemen did a great job on showing up on time and cleaning the carpet on my house in eagle. The carpet is 4 years old and there was a couple of high use spots in front of the couch and love seat that didn't seam to come as clean as I would had hoped they would.
I had my other house in Mt. Home cleaned by a different company and the living room carpet looked great including the high traffic areas.
After my carpet was completed, it bubbled up I call the guy he said over time it will relax and it didn't... This was the second time I used Zerorez and the first time this didn't happen... I had no issues the first time. Today its still bubbled.

Well, it's too early to tell how the scotch guard-like product that was applied will work, but I certainly liked the two young men who cleaned the carpets.

My carpet was dry fast enough

The service man calls 20-30 minutes before arrival in the arranged timeframe. He is careful not to damage floors and walls by protecting them with "orange cones". His equipment steam cleans without saturating my carpets, which means they will dry quicker. I have used Zerorez numerous times, and they are the only company I will use.
Nick was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He took great pride in your products and work and had an impeccable attention to detail. I loved that the carpet didn't have a scent afterwards and was so soft.

Make sure water is mopped up off hardwood floors. Wear booties so floors are kept clean.
The young man who did our project is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is his 2nd trip to our house. However there is one spot that is not completely clean. Other than that we are
very satisfied with Zerorez.

I was a bit concerned because I had not used Zeroez before and had read some mixed reviews the night before. My initial interaction with the tech did not help because he seemed a less than friendly.
I really needed some reassurance and I think it would be a good idea for your techs to explain the sequence of events prior to starting because I became concerned when mine did not vacuum prior to spraying.
The tech did get friendlier as time passed and in the end the he did a good job cleaning my carpets.
Product did what I was told it would do. Technician was very professional. I will call again.
Clean and efficient. Have used you before and in northern California. Always excellent results. This time I had my granite countertops resealed. They look great. Nick was a hard worker and very polite and friendly. Next month ill have the walk in shower cleaned and resealed. Nothing but the best for me!
After leaving the carpets soaked. Left a smell in the house that smelled like dirt water musky. After two days of drying stains came up and carpet looks the same. Dome not smell clean and made our home smell bad. We would like this fix, compassion or refund. I really heard good things from you guys .
I really like the idea of no residue. Corbin was very up beat and positive. Home feels very fresh and the carpet cleaning has kicked in a total Spring cleaning for me. I will definitely have Zerorez do the two remaining rooms when I can move everything out.
The Zerorez process did an excellent job. My chair and stairs look new. The technician was also able to remove a red juice stain from the chair!
Fast and on time
I like that there is no soap and that the finished product looks good and there's no residue.
The gentleman that came out was incredibly courteous and efficient. e was very careful to explain what he was doing at all times and the benefits of the different products. He was very friendly but not to the point where he was not still professional. I will definitely refer others that need carpet cleaning.
