The gentleman was very polite and courteous and very professional . Wish I would have known about the product early . For some stains
were all ready set in the carpet, other than that I was very happy with everything.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpet usually has a nice clean citrus smell after you clean it. This time it smells like musty dirty carpet.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

my stairs were cleaned down the middle...the day after when dried it was so obvious...I wanted to move my bed but couldn't so now when I move out I will have a difference in color..charged $50 to remove a small area of wax... next day I hand cleaned close to my bed where it wasn't moved ..ridiculous after spending $170 plus..for two rooms and stairs...

Hi Pamela- as we discussed when we scheduled your appointment, we do not move beds, dressers, desks, entertainment centers, etc, for the liability such work can bring. We do our best to try to help our customers, but sometimes there are things we just cannot do, such as moving large beds.
As to the stairs, we do spend extra time on the middle of the stair, because that is where the traffic occurs on them.
We do have a 30 day guarantee on our work, and are more than happy to reclean the stairs for you if you are not happy how they turned out. It is very important to remember, though, that carpet is made out of plastic, and if it is not cared for properly with regular vacuuming, cleaning, and reprotecting, that damage will become permanent. This is one of the reasons manufacturers do not warranty stairs- they are the most trafficked and least vacuumed area of any in the house.
We have tried to reach out to you to set up a reservice, please let us know when you are available.

What do you like about our products and services?

Friendly, prompt and thorough cleaning service. We operate a preschool with 3-4 year old children. Little ones get on the floor to play and we feel secure in the knowledge that there are no harsh soap residues remaining on the carpets. We have not had anyone with sensitivities or allergies have any adverse reactions when we employ Zerorez to clean our carpets.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very professional, we like having the fans going while he was doing other rooms. Our bonus room was the only room that did take a little longer to dry and stairs. Other services were mentioned that could be done by your company. He took pride in his work. Having extra fans circulating besides is very nice. We recived the referral from a local business.

I had the cold air return cleaned out and the carpets cleaned. The carpets don't appear to be any cleaner at all. I would not recommend you for carpet cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I wanted to see the breakdown on my bill before paying for the services. The price kept changing everytime I asked. The invoice was e-mailed to me after service person left. I inquired about charges after I received the invoice but received no response. I also asked for a bid on cleaning and sealing my tile floors, but service person left without giving me an estimate.

As we discussed, we do not try to hide the invoice items, but on this particular instance, the technician did not understand exactly what you were looking for. How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Very expensive....original estimate was for $557 and by the time they added on all the enzymes it was $917 and we didn't even have our couch done, as originally planned. The stains were lifted from the carpet, but the pet smell seems to be worse now than before.

that you use the special water and there is no residue left on the carpets which always makes them feel sticky (to me)and attracts dirt faster. I always feel the carpets are really clean after you leave.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet was not clean and it caused lumps and bumps. This may cause me to have to have the carpet replaced. After 24 hours with the temperature on 70 and the fan blowing constantly it was still wet. I want my money back so I can get this carpet cleaned properly and try to save it. I am very very disappointed in the outcome. The movers are coming soon and I don't have time to mess around with a service that doesn't work. I will expect my credit card to be immediately credited back.
