I have used Zerorez since I found out about them 3 or 4 years ago. I have never been disappointed in their ability to do a fabulous job! One of the most important things I like is that within a very few hours the carpet is dry and I don't have to worry about when I can start 'using' my house again.

I felt that my carpets were cleaner, but another company that I've used brings in large fans and dries the carpet in a few hours.it's been about 17 hours and my carpet is still damp. For that reason, I will recommend the other company.
Having just moved into our home, and realized the former owners had a big black hairy dog. The carpets were horrible. They look amazing after Zerorez came and cleaned. They very prompt and courteous. And fit us into a tight schedule. We won't use anyone else..thanks Zerorez!!!
The Techs were the best. Nick & Kyle were professional and efficient. They answered my questions about Maxim (which I added to the service) and offered other treatments/suggestions that would extend the life of my carpet. My carpet looks wonderful. Great job guys!!

They came out exactly when they said they would. The carpet definitely is cleaner.However I felt the prices for pet accident cleaning was way expensive!

Great job at a great price
It's possible I was one of your earliest customers in this area and no other cleaning method even remotely interests me. Whatever your patented secret is, it's amazing. Service is UNRUSHED, professional and polite. Nick suggested many ideas for future consideration such as hvac filters, etc., with no pressure, just good information.
Everything smells clean and looks clean and stays clean and the service tech was great

Our carpets are the cleanest they have been in a long time. Zerorez worked far better than any other company we have used in the past.
Furniture wasn't moved. He cleaned around the sofa, love seat and recliners.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, urine and pet odors can be difficult to get out of the carpet, depending on the amount of soiling in the carpet. Depending on the budget you choose, we have several options to remove odors from the carpet. We don't always know how much treatment and work it is going to take to remove the odors from your carpet. We are always happy to come back out and do some additional treatments to help remove the odor.
