Our technician was not very conscientious to the fact that we had pets. He did not ask us to put them away before he propped our front door open which could have allowed our furbabies to get out and possibly get hurt.
The guy who came to clean our carpets did exactly what I needed with no fuss or issue. I was very happy with his professional and easy behavior.

I was charged more than quoted. I was suppose to get a special for 3 rooms for 99.00 plus one more room and closet. The only furniture that was moved was what hubby and I moved. My husband offered to help move the couches but was never asked and they were not moved. The portions of the rug that were cleaned look great!
Chemical free & refreshed our carpets back to like new condition.

Kyle was very helpful and spent a lot of time. We had everything put on our carpet as our dog had a field day while we were gone. I am hoping that the enzyme product does the trick and there will be no more accidents.

Did a good job and cleaned up some very stubborn carpet stains. Alex, the Zerorez professional, did an excellent job was friendly.
Was given a quote of $65 for cleaning living room and hallway. When technician arrived I was notified quote was wrong and total for work would be $160 instead. Should of offered a discount for your mistake but didn't. Couldn't waste my morning so just got it done instead. Little disappointed.

It cost more than I thought it was going to. The person broke the leg off my couch. I told him it was cracked but the leg he broke was not the cracked one. He did not offer to fix it.
