I AM IN CALIFORNIA AND HAD THE HEATING DUCTS CLEANED AT OUR PAYETTE HOME,VERY CURTIOUS PHONE REP.SET UP OUR APPOINTMENT IN A PROFESSIONAL,TIMELY MANOR AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
The carpet tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was a few minutes early for the appointment and called to see if he could come over. That was appreciated because getting a carpet cleaned at the holiday times can be frustrating. He worked hard to get our carpet looking fresh and with two teenage boys, pets, and a power wheelchair - that is saying a lot.

I have an issue with your pricing. I was charged $66.00 for 2 "additional" rooms given the size of the living room/dining room and the size of the family room. If the rooms were empty and the total floor space was treated, I would be okay with that. However, much of the dining room is taken up by a large table and a china cabinet. The family room has a huge fireplace and a full wall entertainment center along with a sofa and a chair that was left in place. Again the actual treated space is far less than the measurement of the rooms.Other cleaners used previously took all that into consideration.

The cost of service changes every time a technician comes to the house. In July I had 2 bedrooms, the family room and hallway carpets done plus the kitchen tile steam cleaned. The total cost was $194.00. This week I wanted just the family room and hallway carpets done, plus steam clean the kitchen tile. The cost quoted was $198.00. $4.00 more for 2 less rooms. And for the first time ever, this new service technician charged me an extra $25.00 for my family room saying it is now oversized. It wasn't oversized on previous cleanings. How did that happen? You earned a 6 rating because as usual the carpets are beautifully cleaned, the technician was professional. I did have to request the Styrofoam blocks be used under the metal feet of my furniture and I also had to request the carpet be raked after cleaning. He complied with each request but why did I have to ask? In Sebastians' defense, he did state the company had recently raised their prices. The company should have warned me the prices were going up when the appointment was made and maybe warned me that my room outgrew the company's boundaries for room size acceptability. Or maybe a flier could have been sent to repeat customers. Something.....

Carpet is cleaner and dryer. Kyle, the Zerorez cleaner was very professional and did an excellent job.

The tech called and left me a voice mail that he was about 20 mins out when it took him over a hour to arrive. there was damage to our wall and the tech did not even have the decency to tell us but he was sure kind enough to pick up thee dry wall off the floor. there was a hot coco spill in my son's room that is not better than when I cleaned it myself. finally, he cleaned a chair that I did not auth, I wanted est! frustrated...
