The carpet technicians are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about carpet, upholstery and porcelain tile cleaning. The extraction was thorough and, with 30 minutes of having the high powered fans blow, the carpets were not far from dry.

The carpet cleaning itself was great! There are no funky smells or perfumed cleaners and the carpet feels and looks great!
The complaint I do have was the appointment time. We scheduled for 11am-2pm. The person coming to clean is supposed to call about 20-30 minutes before to let me know he is on the way. Around 11:40 I called the main number to let them know I had to leave our house and that no one had contacted me yet. I expected a call back from either someone in the office or the person coming to clean but no one did. Finally at 1:10 pm, the man who was supposed to clean called and said he was stuck at a job and it would be a couple of more hours, did I want to wait or have him call the office to get some on else out? I told him we would like to see if someone else could come out, since our appointment time was 11:00. Another man called 10 minutes later and said he could be at our house in 30 minutes. My husband was home then and said someone arrived around 2 pm to start cleaning.
The complaint is not that someone got stuck at another job, I realize that that can happen. The complaint is that the communication about it was handled poorly. We should have been notified much earlier when he realized he was stuck at the job to see what could have been done about it that time, not 2 hours after the appointment time.
We would still use Zerorez again because we like the carpet cleaning itself and would hope that next time the appointment times are handled better.

The technician was friendly, fast, and thorough.
Eric was very professional and friendly. We were not onsite when the cleaning was done so Eric kept us updated on the process, and even called half way through the job to let us know everything was going well. He also called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way.
This was by far the best service of any kind that we have had in our home. Our technician, Robert, was great. He was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The cost analysis was reviewed prior to his arrival and there were no surprises or pressure. He did a very through job and I feel like our 18 year old carpet looks great! I will have them back again.
