Dave did a good job. He also communicated very well what he was going to do. He also described the protectant service (which I got in one room) without being pushy - that would have made me not get it. My only criticism is the tacked on fee of $13. These kinds of fees always seem to lack transparency and make me feel I am being cheated. Other than that I would have no hesitation recommending zerorez and also using again.

Your product does not use soap which adds a gooy base in the carpet and causes the carpet to get even dirtier faster. I've heard about Zerorez for years and have suggested your company to others who have raved about you. I finally had an opportunity to use you and am thrilled with the experience.

The carpet cleaners were great! Very professional gentlemen (1 of them was training and was very up front about the fact that he was still learning, which i appreciate). They both kept me updated on what they were doing and were quite efficient in getting their work done. My carpet looks great, I'm sure I will use ZeroRez again!
The technicians were very nice and respectful. They were clear about how they will go about cleaning and explained the process. The work was through and they get a great job.

Zerorez could have come early, but I wasn't ready for them. I appreciated the call. Dave was great! The carpets and couch dried very well. There was a fresh smell in the house. With family present over Easter, they asked about the carpets and I recommended Zerorez to them.
After the carpets were dry I went back over the treated area and picked up an entire vacuum cleaner bag of debris. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations, but an entire bag?

We just put a big throw rug over it anyway, until I can afford new carpet....thanks again.!!!

Zack was very professional and explained what he saw and didn't make promises he couldn't keep. He was courteous and completed his job expeditiously. Very happy with his professionalism.
The Tech was early, called to let me know he would be there in 30min, was kind enough to wait for me because he got there before I did. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, called me after he finished to let me know he was done and how the condition of the carpet was. Sent the invoice right away. Mostly due to the tech's warm and friendly attitude is why I would recommend to my family and friends!
