Friendly, informative, professional.
Great service, Eric offered additional services but was not pushy simply made us aware what our options were. He arrived on time and communicated throughout checking in from time to time to ensure we were satisfied with the outcomes. Pleased with how the carpets turned out, they’re old but it brought some life back into them.

Curtis recently cleaned our carpets and was extremely professional, was on time, and was very thorough from start to finish. We have used Zerorez four times and Curtis was the best technician of all the others, even better than Dave.
Carpets came out better than I had anticipated. 10 year old carpet that looks brand new. Randy was great and helpful and did an awesome job.

I was going to buy new carpet, but after you cleaned the carpets, I decided that I didn't need new carpeting. Your service person is friendly, clean, and helpful and knowledgeable about your products.
I have already shown several friends our newly cleaned and restored couch and recommended your services. They are all impressed with how clean everything is! Thank you for providing an affordable and quality Eco-friendly service to the Treasure Valley.
I liked the environmentally friendly cleaning solution. Also the agent was very professional, arrived on time, and did an extremely thorough service. We were very happy with the results of his work.
Three points I would note that are more about the company than the agent who was excellent.
1. You charged me $10/vent nmot $5/vent for cleaning to remove the covers. Presumably because mine are in the ceiling not the floor. Your website does not make that distinction.
2. You charged me $50 to clean a dryer vent when I do not have anything more than 1 foot of flex-vent between the dryer and the outside wall vent. This should have been pointed out to my wife and waived.
3. Your agent arrived alone as others called in sick and he could not move the 2 pieces of furniture per room you describe in your offer. I think this business is run on a contract basis but I think as a company you should ensure 2 people are sent to a job like mine.
Love the clean we get from your carpet cleaning. Zack, the technician we had was thorough and took care of all the areas that were of concern. Thumbs up for Zack!
The technician did a very good and through job and I was pleased with the results. Our carpet looks much better than it did. We will be calling you again to get our bedrooms and area rugs cleaned.

Would like to let you know that Eric B did a fantastic job. The house is big and he cleaned it well from top to bottom. He is also very pleasant.
