Did a good job cleaning tile and carpet.
I had my carpets cleaned yesterday (4/19/2018) and I was very impressed by the knowledge that the technician had regarding the cleaning up of the pet stains that were all over two rooms of my home. He was very thorough and provided me with options for cleaning in the future with the Zerorez products as well as just water. I will continue to use this company to keep my carpets clean and smelling fresh.
With Zerorez liked the ease of appointment making, the friendly, knowledgeable staff, and that they do no use soaps or harsh chemicals on your carpets.
Great customer service and our 13 yr old carpet looks almost new!

Zero Rez got our 12 year old carpets very clean. Better than any other company we have used in the past.
I had one spot that I was concerned about in the hallway.. After having almost all the carpet in my house cleaned yesterday I have found stains not removed in one bathroom, the living room and the hallway is looking worse than it did before.
Our service yech was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Zerorez was on time and did a great job cleaning my carpets. They communicated with me during the entire cleaning process and answered all of my questions. My carpets look brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez and will definitely be using them again in the future as needed.
Service was quick and the dog smell vanished from my carpets and the dry time was quick as well.

We have had your business clean our carpets for awhile now. The previous times were excellent. This time not so much. There was a spot the cleaner said would not come out but I got it out with no problem and using no chemical cleaners. The carpet that buts up to wood floor flooring he said he could not clean to close so we have a line of dirty carpet there.
The price was $25 for three rooms each. We had him clean he said five rooms I think he said but he did not clean the whole room.
I will go back to cleaning my carpets myself.
End product looks great
The staff was very helpful in getting use everything we need. The gentleman that came out and did the work was very professional, and provided use with all the information we need. He was fast and personal.
A list of prices would be nice so one would know what to expect. For example it would be nice to know that the price of the carpet cleaning does not include stain removal. $65 for 3 spots?
Also I vacuumed again the very next day to break up the stiffness of my carpet. I had to empty my vacum 3 times. Although I could tell a little bit of a difference in the carpet it’s still interesting to think they were truly cleaned after all that was vacuumed up. I expected a better outcome with the before and after photos.
On the flip side our tech Sabastion was very nice and professional. My recommendations to others would be on a stipulation basis.

Staff showed up in a timely matter. Was very polite and professional. The carpet in my new rental had a foul odor and he was able to pretty much eliminate that smell and even remove some large stains left from previous tenants.
Friendly, courteous. The two phases to clean are incredable . I love the way my carpets look!

Professional in every way and delivers on promises
Family room-Streaks/bright lines all over the floor. In addition traffic area still dirty but this is due to use of burner near kitchen and waa told that this could not be cleaned( understandable)
Dining room-after the floor was dry I put my hand where heavy cleaning was performed a d it stank.
My carpets look great but even more importantly the tech was friendly, professional and thorough.

The tech was very kind and understanding. I told the office that I wanted the treatment that I saw on the website for pet stains that goes all the way fown to the subfloor. I also explained that my subfloor happened to be Concrete in the specific room that I was concerned about. I also asked the person I spoke to on the phone if that would be a problem and she said no no that's great! So when Robbie arrived he told me that no we were doing a topical solution and that the sub topical solution is what I was referring to what cost $65 a gallon it would probably take about $1,000 to do the room that I was referring to. So I felt very jaded when it came to what I was asking for compared to what I was getting. I was however thankful that Robbie was nice enough to explain the actual process to me. But I do feel that whomever I spoke with in the office needs to be taught to listen to what the customer is asking and then quote the correct price for that service. I also had to call on Monday morning to reschedule my time slot as I had realized I had an appointment the morning of the original time block. The person I spoke to that day said that yes they would make sure to change my time slot. So I received a phone call Wednesday reminding me of my appointment however they stated that I was set up for the original appointment which was at 8:30 in the morning instead of the 2 p.m. time block that I was told I would be put in for Thursday so I kindly reminded that person that that was the previous time block that was set up and that I needed to be put in the 2 p.m. block they apologized and put me in the correct time block. So I hope you can understand from my point of view how South this went. And I do want to reiterate that Robbie was fantastic he tried very hard to listen to me he was very empathetic to the situation and I felt that finally I was being listened to. If the owner of the business would like to call me back I would appreciate it.
Scheduling was timely, tech was pleasant, efficient, on time and aimed to please. Finished product was as advertised.
