Friendly and fast
We love that you don't use chemicals to clean the carpet. Our house smells clean and fresh without perfumes. Our technician Sebastian was beyond wonderful. He was helpful and accommodating. Great experience, we have used you 3 times and will continue to.

Service was good and friendly. Price was up front and I knew what to expect. I'm still not sure how clean carpets are and still have some smell in one room. I'm not sure that this is the best company to clean up pet messes. Everything else seems good, but not knowing where the previous tenant's dog had peed seemed to make it more difficult to clean our dark carpet.
Well, the first time we used Zerorez our attendant was extremely thorough. We would start to move things around for him and he would tell us not to worry about it, that he would take care of it. He cleaned every nook and cranny. This time around, my husband assumed it would be the same way. It was not. Our attendant didn't even move simple (table type) chairs nor did he ask my husband if we wanted anything moved. My husband let him go about his business. When i got home from work and saw that the cleaning was just basically "trail" cleaning and for what we paid for that to be done i was quite disappointed to say the least.

The service man sent was very professional, friendly and experienced. He did a very good job cleaning the carpet. This was my first experience hiring a carpet cleaning company and was surprised by all the other up selling they are sent to do. I thought when I told the operator when i scheduled the appointment about the 3 minor stains I had that was added onto my estimate, not that it would be another 40$ each stain or extra stuff to put on to stay cleaner longer. I wasn't sure after seeing it's application that it's worth the extra 35, but we'll see.

Zach was great and did a wonderful job. He made sure to walk me through before and after. My only feedback is I feel like $188 was a lot for two rooms, a living room, and hallway. Our home is only 1143 sq ft and I'd say only about 700-800 of that sq ft is carpeted. Only 88 yards of carpet. But great product and amazing service.

You sent someone back to remove stains that didn't come out the first time and unfortunately didn't come out again. Other than that issue, everything looked great!

Just based on price. Way more than I ever pay. And way more than my friends will want to pay.
1. Price can jump from $150 for the first quote on the phone, 2nd quote $180 to final quote on the phone at $240!! Very clean but also most expensive brand in the valley.
2. The agent came to my place is very nice and knowledgeable But if he can be more careful during cleaning will be much appreciated. After the cleaning, I have a lot of mark left on my side wall from the tools that he used. I have to clean all the mark using the eraser after he left.
