When compared to my previous carpet cleaner, your price was considerable more and I do not believe the carpet is as clean. Sorry..
Both times your staff have been extremely professional and polite. They do a great job and the no soap process is the best.

The guys were very nice and friendly BUT after they left I found a dark place that I thought they had cleaned that seemed to be not cleaned.....I put carpet foam on it and scrubbed it...got most off. It was just surface stain but did not look any different after they got through cleaning....like no effort was made to clean it! Very strange. If I could clean it, why couldn't they! What was their purpose of not cleaning it??? It was right in the middle of the carpet in plain sight!

The services are great and the technicians did a wonderful job. They were prompt and efficient and let us know when it would be a good time to move our furniture back onto the cleaned carpets.
The products are amazing! I have never had the results from any kind of carpet cleaning, whether professional or personal, than the results we had with zerorez. My carpets are not tacky or crispy. The carpet feels like it is almost brand new. When I walk on the carpets in my bare feet, it feels so clean!! I love this! My experience with Zerorez is on a scale of 1 - 10 a definite 10. Thank you so much for a job well done.

My carpet looks very clean and all the surface stains are gone. I like how fast it dried and no chemical smell. The serviceman was friendly, did a good job, and explained everything about the carpet to me. I will use your company again when I need my carpets cleaned.
My carpets were clean and soft after Zero Rez were finished. Plus they dried fast and we were able to put our house back in order.

I love the non-toxic nature of the products. My carpets look good afterward, although we really don’t have large stains, so I haven’t gotten to see how effective it can be. All the technicians have been extremely polite, knowledgeable, and interested in providing education about what they’re doing. Thanks Zack! Customer service for scheduling has been extremely helpful and have always responded super quickly. They’re we’re very accommodating with a last minute schedule change, which I really appreciated.
Sebastian has been to my home four times - after each visit my ancient carpets look almost new. Sebastain is very pleasant and a worker. He believes in doing the job right.
