Excellent experience with Zerorez. The technician they sent was very friendly and thoroughly explained each step of the process. We couldn't be happier.
My carpet is always so very freshly cleaned, even the dog urine smell is completely gone, after the urine eliminator is used. My carpets always look new again after Zerorez has taken care of them. Thank you
In the beginning of our "standing appointments" to have our office carpet cleaned. Zerorez technician always showed up 20 minutes early. Since we have clients walking into our reception area until 5:30PM, this was not convenient. Our last two appointments our technician has been late. We cancelled the first "late" appointment, when our technician called us to notify us that he was running 40 minutes behind schedule. Our most recent appointment was scheduled for 6-21-18 at 5:15PM,our technician called to notify us that he was running 20 minutes behind schedule an would be arriving at 5:40PM. He did arrive at this time. Unfortunately, now my employer must also pay for 30 minutes of overtime since I had to wait, and then come back an hour and a half later to set the alarm.
The carpets always look great, once cleaned. The technicians always call us to notify us of their arrival time, and a appointments are always confirmed one day in advance.
Your staff did a great job. Very professional and loved that the carpet was dry in a short amount of time. No smell (good or with fragrance) for me is a plus. After 4 days, so far so good. I would recommend to a friend.

I refer a lot of business your way and have given your company business for years. This job literally took the associate 10 minutes to complete. We were quoted $74 and charge $87. Way too much for a job of this size. Have to think twice about calling again or referring. No worries on making things right - what is done is done...
the carpet felt clean and not crunchy to the touch. it smells clean.
Cleaning is on the expensive side. I like that there are no chemicals, but I paid for the micro fiber protection and I'm just not entirely convinced it works. That part of the carpeting feels stiff and not soft.

Our tech, I believe his name was Alex, went above and beyond. He even helped chase our dog down when she got out the front door.

The cost was entirely too much. The technicians were very friendly however did not clean around my baseboards. After they left I was inspecting their work and could have saved myself $200 by doing exactly what they did.
I do however appreciate their honesty about my carpet situation. I might use your business for future carpet cleaning but I will never pay that much again to clean my hardwood floors. A complete waste of my money.
