Not big in the upsale . I like to know how much before you come. I dont like being told I should spend twice as much as you quoted to get a real good job done . The tech was cool though and seems to know his stuff . The job looked good when he was done. Overall pretty happy

I dreaded having the couch cleaned, but ZeroRez made the whole process easy. They came and within a few hours had my sectional couch and two chairs cleaned and fabric protected. They did a great job, were professional and easy to work with. I will certainly pass on my experience to friends.

Fantastic crew! Explained every aspect of the service. Obviously very knowledgeable and hard working. My carpets look better than they have in years with other carpet cleaners servicing them. Can’t wait to have more rooms cleaned furniture cleaned.
The carpet looked fantastic. The guys also did a great job cleaning the vents.
This is the second review for zerorez because my dog is an (expletive) and they did not disappoint. Rusty was great and explained the treatments needed with out trying to take advantage of my naivety. I’ll use them again for sure.
