Very pleasant technicians, and they were able to get the spots out of my couches.
We have had Sebastian as our technician since we switched to Zerorez. He offers detailed instructions on how to keep our carpet smelling fresh and how to deal with problem areas. He always takes the time to show how to use the carpet products and he is very conscientious of the care our carpet and home receives when he is in our home. We have recommended this company time and time again.

You could have included the cleaning solution offered at the completion of the job instead of it being an extra charge. It would have left me with a better feeling when you left. The technician was great. No complaints there.

Each technician that has come to my home has been professional and helpful. I like that the carpet dries quickly. This time I had a really bad ink spot because my dog chewed a pen with liquid ink. They made an amazing difference!

Be more upfront about cost. I was quoted around $300 on the phone and it turned out to be $500 when the "pet stain" treatment was added. Still happy with results, but $500 was probably more than i would have agreed to initially.
Thank you for your feedback. We do absolutely try to be as up front as possible, though it is difficult to accurately gauge the extent of soiling and damage over the phone. We do explain, as part of our script, that pet stains do cost extra, and typically start at about $50, and can go as high or higher than $1000. Trying to get urine out of carpet can be difficult, and the cost of doing it right can be high, but hopefully worth it to you.

The results on wall-to-wall carpet were fantastic. Upholstery looks new. We are waiting for area rugs to get done, and are confident they will be thoroughly cleaned.
