I was really excited to try you out, but I don't feel like you did that great of a job. I still have spots on my carpets and they don't feel that clean. The pet spots you treated also still smell. Not that impressed.

Do not leave so many electric cords in the hallway. They are a danger to our residents.

Our technician Robbie was exceptional. He was very personable, polite and explained everything that he was going to do. He was willing to listen to me and was able to do an extra room and work successfully on removing a troublesome spot in another room. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and plan to use them in the future.

Good people who give me an honest assessment and work hard. Yesterday Eric discovered a large area of grout that had not been filled in the shower ceiling. I was happy to know about it so I could get it repaired.

No chemicals, quick dry!

I like how the carpet feels after it's dried. Just soft. No crunchy feel like there is soap residue. Also the technician got a rusty stain from an old piano wheel or of the carpet. Impressive.

We've only used Zerorez (at least 3 times now, based on the radio ads on 670KBOI) since moving to Boise in 2011. We are SO pleased! From scheduling, to the technicians and their execution, it has been a wonderful experience. We always feel like our carpets are brand new, not crunchy or coated like other cleaning companies. Thank you so much, keep up the great work in our Treasure Valley, please. :-)
