The carpets were SOO wet, as well as the mat underneath. The carpet sagged and puckered up in every room in three or four places. Luckily, it mostly resolved after several days of dry time, but after being so wet they look matted and don't feel the same. I was disappointed because we had just sold the home and wanted it to be just right.

The specials you offer per room are reasonable, but the extra costs for couches, chairs or rugs are astronomical! I am not near as likely to have you do those because that is too expensive!

We never claim to be the cheapest carpet or upholstery cleaner, we only claim to give you the best clean possible. We have pricing set where we want it, understanding those prices will be higher than what many people want to pay. We would rather sacrifice having a lot of customers than sacrifice the quality of work we will do.

Job well done cleaning carpet and furniture.
I felt a bit of pressure to have carpets treated even though my carpet dealer said it wasn’t necessary. I caved and paid an extra $150 plus but am still not sure it was necessary.
It would also be helpful if, when I made the appointment, I had been informed that if I had the company vacuum for me they would be using my equipment. I ended up just vacuuming myself.

I am only evaluating Nick, the person who picked up my rug yesterday, as I have not had the carpet cleaned yet. After I see the results, I will then be able to evaluate the service.

Our first technician didn't adequately treat our stain and the follow up technician did better, however....after 4 days now the carpet is still damp so I am not sure what the finished look will be. I feel we should have been offered the use of a dryer for a day to handle the wet carpet.

The Last service guy did a great job, the best yet.
Was very pleased with your service, the quality work was A1 and the guy was very friendly and polite, was careful with furniture, nice to our dog and did a great job.
How they were able to get the pet stains out of the carpet and left my house smelling great at a decent price.
