No smell, dries quickly.
Service was great, it was quick and dried fast. I like that you don’t use harsh smelling chemicals too.
Rusty asked me if I had an areas of concern which allowed him to pay extra attention to the high traffic areas of the carpet.
Rusty took the time to explain every step of the process and asked me to verify each area was cleaned to my satisfaction.
The rinse and protectant were odor free and the carpet looked new when the clean was finished.
Recommendations:
1. Leave the corner guards in place until all the equipment is removed from the house.
2. Use phones that identify the caller as Zerorez to help avoid missing calls.
3. Consider adding a military (and repeat customer) discount.

I think your products do the best cleaning job of any carpet cleaners I have used in the past and your service is exceptional. I always request Nick Jones as he is so informative on the cleaning process and the cleaning products. He always makes sure all my questions are answered and asks me if there is anything else he can help me with. He wants to make sure I am happy with his service.

To whom it may concern, I do not like to leave somewhat negative reviews. Our carpet is 20 yrs old, maybe we expected too much. We have used both Rug Doctor and commercial cleaning services, with much better results. I vacuumed the day of cleaning and the day after, I am sorry to say we could not see any difference after the cleaning. I believe if one had newer carpet and used this twice a year as piece of mind they would be happier. I used Rug Doctor two days later and pulled a lot more up, and looked much better.
The young man was courteous, but was only here about 40-45 min. It might be hard to do this job in that amount of time.

I felt the service was over priced for what was received. The carpets were cleaned and do look better but for the price I believe I could achieve the same result doing it myself.
The technician was friendly and great to work with but seemed in a hurry rather than taking his time to do a good job.
When I scheduled the appointment I asked to have three rooms and a hall cleaned but when the tech arrived we had decided to only clean two rooms and the hallway. The tech said he would adjust the invoice however we were charged about the same as was quoted for the three rooms and the invoice we received after the tech left was for three rooms and a hall.
Hi Kaleb- thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you feel our prices are too high for the service received. As the technician stated, the extra room was removed from your final bill. You were quoted between $130 and $175 depending on the size and soiling for all four areas initially, but then paid $119 for the three areas you did have cleaned. Our regular pricing for two rooms and a hall would be about $141 give or take, So you did save quite a bit of money from what our normal, non-special pricing is.
If you feel the cleaning wasn't as good as you were expecting, we do have a 30-day, Gotta-Love-It-Guarantee. We have reached out to you, and are awaiting your call for us to come back and reclean those areas you are concerned with.
