SEBASTIAN is the BEST carpet technician in the Treasure Valley! When he cleans my carpets, they look spectacular. In addition to TRULY being and looking clean, my carpets are soft, and they smell fresh. Zerorez and their employees go way beyond the service, quality, and value of professional work and personal customer treatment that any other carpet cleaning company will give you. (I speak from experience.) I HIGHLY recommend you utilize Zerorez's services for your carpet, flooring, and upholstery cleaning.
Nick Jones was a very helpful technician. He did a great job. Carpets look clean and dried very fast.
I was hoping that the spots on our carpet would come up but they're still there. I'll try myself with the spot remover. I'm sure the young man did his best.
I spoke to Carol and offered a reclean of her carpet. She declined but will call us if she changes her mind. Se will try the Spot remover she got from us at the home show.
I love the feel of the carpet after it has been cleaned. It is soft and comfortable on your feet--not harsh as some other carpet cleaners.
I also love the product for getting stains out especially blood.

Rusty did a great job cleaning my carpets. He was quick and the carpets were all dry when we woke up this morning. I love that there wasn't any sort of cleaning smell.
What I like best about your product is that he carpet has a much softer texture after cleaning than some other methods.
Eric, the technician, was very congenial, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, thorough and helpful. I will definitely plan on using Zerorez again next time and have highly recommended your company to friends and family.

The people all have been so nice. The ladies I set up the appointment with to the the wonderful people who do the work. Everyone is the best. They do a great job. They're fast and nest and the best part is they offer other services but don't push them. They seem to always give a little extra. Thank you I will continued using Zerorez.
A couple traffic areas that we had tried to clean previously but were unsuccessful now look clean again. Great job.

Your cleaning process makes my 25+ year old carpets look and smell new! There is no sticky residue afterwards and your technicians are always pleasant, efficient and on time!
I'd prefer a technician with more experience but the guy that came out did a fantastic job. I was nervous about his inexperience.

I have been very pleased with Zerorez. When scheduling an appointment the receptionist is friendly and very accommodating. The Technician calls prior to arriving within 30 minutes of the appointment. I appreciate the technician putting covers on his shoes before entering my house. After accessing the cleaning job the work is completed in a timely manner. I like the fact that Zeroez does not use harsh chemicals in the cleaning products.

A couple closets and the stairs were missed. I would have you come back out, but I think we are just going to replace the carpet so it's not worth my time to move things. There was still a lot of pet hair left which I had hoped would be gone with the carpet cleaning.
Not impressed with the technician that came out. He tried to make an easy job even more simple by not moving the small end tables next to the beds. He rushed through the job, and did not take the care to do good work like previous technicians have. Overall a disappointing experience.

What an amazing job Zerorez did on our carpets! They are old carpets but after they were cleaned they looked almost new again. I can highly recommend them!
