I was suprized what you could get out of the carpet that i couldn't get out i guess you made me relize what good tools a well trained people could do

The service was fast and smelled good. My carpets look great. The guys were courteous and made sure I knew what they were going to do and when.

Nick was very knowledgeable and did a Great job!!! There are a couple of coffee spots in the bathroom that didn't come out, Nick said if they didn't't he would come back and work on them.

I am very pleased with the attention to detail the technician showed when he cleaned my carpet. He went over and above his duty to be sure I was pleased. I have chosen Zerorez because the cleaning products used are plant based and non chemical.

Carpets look great

Your guys where on time and got right to work. They recommended the services that we need and cleaned a couple of areas that had pet stains.

the pet odor in my carpet was still there after they did the pet treatment.... when I called to schedule someone to come back out... nothing was mentioned about having to pay more.... when the technician came out... he apologized for under biding it the first time and charged me another 130.00. I will be looking for a new carpet company.... 733.00 is a lot of money to waste on a company that doesn't stand by there service.

My carpets turned out great! The guy that did our carpets was very efficient and professional. He also asked if there was anything else he could do to improve his service. I like the urine enzyme treatment where if my cats pee on the carpet it can be vacuumed up. He did a great job!

I like that my carpet gets clean with NO residue and it doesn't take long to dry.

Price was higher than your competitors. However, I choose Zerorez based on the ability to meet the time frame I needed. That said, the job done was really done well. The service technician that came to my home was professional and personable. It is highly likely I will recommend Zerorez.
