The technician missed a small soada stain that I had pointed out but, very small. When he was done he thought there might be two stains that will come back. He said I could call for a $60-$100 “extraction” -it might be considerate to talk about extraction first and give the customer the option first and possibly avoid a second visit.

I have always been pleased with the way my carpets look after Zerorez is finished, and I appreciate that there is no soap residue left behind. Zerorez is the only company which has ever cleaned our carpets and there is no reason that should ever change.

I like the product that is used to clean my rugs; the outstanding customer service, especially that the technicians put on foot coverings when entering my home & use precautionary things to prevent damage by hoses rubbing on door frames and around corners, etc.
