Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to discuss your concerns in particular, and have reached out to you to help resolve them.

A few things I'd like to address though:
Standard hot water extraction cleanings from a good company/technician can have good results, and the carpets can look fantastic after the cleaning. There are lots of great companies out there, and the immediate results are always very similar. The difference between us and other companies, especially on carpets that are well maintained, is that we can get the same result (in many cases better, but if you are used to using a high quality cleaner, the immediate results will be very similar) without using the harsh, toxic chemicals that other cleaners use. There is no odor when we get done, unlike with traditional cleaners, and because our Empowered Water is self-neutralizing, we don't need to utilize more chemicals after the cleaning. This also means carpets will dry fast, as there is not a large amount of water being added back into the carpet.

The other benefit to our Zerorez system is that because we are not using the chemicals, and leaving the residue from those chemicals, the cleaning will last longer than traditional cleaning methods. The carpet will not be stiff from leftover chemicals, but will be soft and plush, not sticky or tacky. The chemical residues are like magnets, sucking dirt and soils to the carpet quickly, and showing that soiling very quickly. Our process eliminates the soil attracting chemicals, and so the carpets will stay cleaner looking, longer. Many of our customers are shocked that after switching to our service, the carpets look great longer between regular cleanings. Even Paul J has noticed this. He's been in the valley for a long time, and has used a lot of different cleaners, but he will tell you the same thing- our process does last longer. And it's not just because he's paid to say that, he's experienced it himself, and believes in our product.

As your technician discussed with you, we don't bring a vacuum cleaner with us as part of our regular service for a variety of reasons. First, if you do the vacuuming, it helps us keep the cost of your cleaning down. We are not the cheapest cleaner in town, nor do we want to be, but it can help save time for us and money for you if you do the vacuuming. Second, because of our unique system, a large portion of our clientele suffers from severe asthma, allergies, and chemical sensitivities. Vacuum cleaners are known to be some of the dirtiest appliances of any home, and a big contributor to poor indoor air quality in general. Because vacuums are not designed to be washed, we run the risk of cross-contaminating dirt from one house to another, and because it is dry, the contamination is all in the air.For most people, this wouldn't be too much of a problem, but for people with severe allergies or asthma, it can be near life threatening. We don't want to risk running a vacuum in someone's house who has a dog or cat, and then the next stop have a customer with severe allergies to dander, and us be the cause of an adverse reaction. We do come with equipment designed to function similar to a vacuum cleaner, in that it will pull hair, dirt, and other particulate from the carpet prior to our getting started with the actual cleaning, and that is our ZrLifter. We are happy to vacuum for you as well, but we do charge for that service, and we will use your vacuum for the above stated reasons.
While it is true that your vacuum may not perform as well as a commercial grade vacuum, as long s your vacuum is clean and in good condition, and you perform your regular vacuuming (3-4 times per week) the difference between the vacuums will be negligible. Commercial grade vacuums are more durable, and will last longer, and they may be able to pick up more dirt per bag or canister than a household vacuums, but that is the main difference. The physics are the same, and there is only so much air that can be moved through a vacuum hose. Commercial vacuums are designed to be used daily, on large spaces, and to pick up big things like paper clips, but it doesn't mean they perform better than a good household vacuum.
