The first time I had ZeroRez out to clean carpets, I was really pleased. However, the second time I was really disappointed. The high traffic areas don’t seem like they were cleaned very good. I’m not sure If I won’t use them again.
Less liquid quick drying cleans well

I like my past experiences with Zerorez.
We've only used Zerorez for about 5 years now. With 2 cats and 1 dog, the smells in our living room carpet can get overpowering from time to time - but thanks to your special pet odor treatment, you always leave the carpet smelling brand new.

How well it cleaned my carpets
They are natural, there is no chemical residue or yucky smell when they are finished. Just fresh clean carpet.

My carpets are very soft after they dry. I love to walk barefoot through the house. The Technicians are very polite, professional and honest. I've been using Zero rez for about 8 years now and wouldn't call anyone else.
I tried zerorez base on the reviews. The cost plus the extra upsale items were much more than the company I have used for years. For the expense my expectations were for better results.

carpets were not crunchy when they dried
The carpet had a crunchy feel to it-like there was a residue left on it. The cleaner was pushy with the protectant. I didn’t want it but he was so pushy i ended up getting it.
Clean and completed work in a timely manner.
