Offer Scotch Guard to better protect the carpet, if the customer asks for it. Our carpet was installed in July 2016 and thanks to not using scotch guard we already have irreversible wear damage to sections of our lovely carpeting. We have used Zeroez services/product the entire period since the installation of the carpet. Disappointing.

I may not be the right one to ask because I have a light beige carpet and Matt did a good job; however, the following day when it dried the two major spots in the livingroom did not come up and the reason why I spent the money right before the holidays was to make the livingroom look nice.
Perhaps I should have a company who uses a chemical cleaner next time, rather than just ionized water. I believe Stanley Steamer pre-spotted areas before cleaning.
We continue to use Zerorez 1-2 times per year because the scheduling is easy, employees are very respectful, and the product works and does not leave weird odors behind.

Zerorez and kind technicians are here to make the carpet ( with 2 large Labradors) cleaning process easy - with heavy furniture around. They are willing to come back to reclean an area that only my 67 year old nose smells, or an area where the dog sleeps and the residual can’t be seen until it dries. The technicians were so helpful in moving small pieces of furniture. The carpet on our stairs with a million posts (!) looks almost new as does the Berber upstairs. The plush carpets are expensive and they look like a million bucks. I also like that there is no residue on my carpets because if there would, my labs would lick it off. My carpets were cleaned this year for the second time and because Zerorez made the process painless, especially around the holidays, I’ll do it yearly to save the quality of my carpets - the Berber on the stairs was laid in the early 1990’s. Life gets harder as you get older in a big house. Zerorez made the process easy peasy. I can’t say enough about the technicians and people we talk to on the phone. Their sincere customer service is 5 ⭐️.
We needed our sectional cleaned before the holidays. Zerorez was prompt, explained the process in detail and completed the job in a timely manner. Our couch looks like new again! Thank you zerorez! We will definitely have them back in the future!

Fast, AMAZING JOB.
The technician left a dirty/ greasy spot on the curtain in my daughter's room, right below the air vent and instead of telling us it happened he pushed the curtain to the side so it could not be seen. If the spot does not wash out I will have to purchase a new one, roughly $30.
Are carpet was extremely dirty and your technician I feel went the extra mile to get are carpet looking beautiful for the holidays. We were very happy with your product as well we Wil be useing zerorez again come spring. Thank you
