After the carpet dried some of the spots seemed have came back. I feel for the money I spent I could have done just as good of job renting a carpet cleaner myself. Some of these spots were very small and I would have thought they should have not returned.

We've used Zerorez since moving into our new home over 3 years ago and have always found the service to be great. We especially like the fact that their products don't leave behind the traditional dirt catching residue other companies do and that it's pet friendly.
Sebastian was very personable and professional. He explained the process and provided options for stain treatment but wasn’t pushy towards additional services. The Zerorez results were superior to previous carpet cleaning processes. Will definitely schedule Zerorez in the future.
