To be perfectly honest....I think your service is far too expensive for the service that we received. I've had carpet cleanings done before...and your finished product looked no better or worse than what I've had done before. Just being truthful.
Thank you for your review and insights. Not every customer will see dramatic differences in the cleaning- if you clean on a regular basis or take exceptionally good care of your carpet (or don't take care of it at all) the difference between our cleaning and a more traditional carpet cleaning won't be readily apparent. What you should notice, though, is a distinct lack of odor from chemicals during and after the clean, and that the carpet should be drier, faster. Good carpet cleaners will have the carpet dried pretty quickly, but ours should still be a bit faster. The other thing you will notice over time is that the clean lasts longer. Instead of cleaning every six months, for example, you may notice that your carpet will stay looking good (assuming you have taken care of your carpet with regular vacuuming) for several months longer. So while immediately after the clean you may not notice a difference, you should several months from now realize that things look better, longer.

This is the second time that we have used Zerorez this Fall. Once was in my moms house that we were putting up for sale...it received a full price offer two weeks after it was listed! In part, I am sure to Zerorez making the carpets nice and clean.
The second time was yesterday on the carpets in her brand new home that had previously been a show home. They look great!

We were able to block our appointment time and make arrangements on a user friendly on line system. The tech let us know when he was 15 minutes away. He communicated well and made good suggestions. Best of all they worked really hard on our carpet and it looks super! Kind of pricey but the carpet is cleaner than its been in a long time.

My 19 year old carpet looks fabulous. It was quite soiled but the guys worked very hard and got it looking great!

I have used your service before and it normally does a great job and we are happy especially with minor pet stains. Unfortunately we recently had our carpets cleaned and paid for 2 small areas in a closet and in a bedroom for pet stain treatment and after everything was dry there is still a yellow tint in the same spotted areas and their was a damp residue with urine smell when touched by hand.

I’ve use Zerorez for 6 or 7 years now and will never use any other company. My carpets always come out soft and not crunchy or sticky like other companies leave them. I’ve always received great service from your techs, always friendly and professional and don’t try to force sell you additional services.
I loved my entire Zerorez experience. The tech that came to the house was able to answer our questions and fine tune what we had on our estimate. I had all of my questions answered and when I asked about getting a stain out he told me the options and how much each of them would cost. I will definitely be a returning customer with this great service! 10/10!
