Do a better job on stains, discoloration etc. The employee was very kind and accommodating but I’m just not sure your cleaning methods are up to par!?

I paid extra for 3 spots to be deodorized.. he said it was guaranteed to keep the pee snell out, its been 2 days and it smells like pee again

David has been the one to clean our carpets over the last 2 years and we are always so pleased with the job he does as he always gets our stains out. I was so impressed this last time especially as we had ‘contractor tape’ on our stairs & landing from some prior work done by a plumbing company and that tape leaves glue residue on the carpet. David managed to get it all out and I know that was a difficult task! Our carpets look great again!
